MPP Games Registration Information

Registration Requirements:

1. Registration Form
   You may register as a group together on this form by including the number of players, full payment, and individual waivers. The registration packet will be made out in your name and you will be responsible for distribution to your group.
2. Fees
   Fees must be paid in full
3. MPP General Release Waiver
   Your double signature on this form states that you have read and understood MPP's rules of play.
4. Field Waiver
   You must have a signed waiver for the field where the event is to be held.

Fees

1. Pre-registered: $50
   All requirements under "Registration" above must be completed and returned to the field postmarked no later than one week prior to the date of the game. No exceptions will be made!
2. Late Registration: $60
   Incomplete packets or late registration packets received at the field after the one-week pre-game deadline will be subject to an additional $10 fee (total charge of $60) each. Late registrations cannot be guaranteed a game patch. The field and MPP Games reserve the right to close registration and limit game numbers if it is deemed justifiable to ensure the safety and quality of the game.
3. Payment Information
   Make payments payable to hosting field. Individual field policies denote their acceptance of checks, money orders, credit cards, and PayPal. Field websites, and phone numbers are on the schedule page as well as registration forms.

Miscellaneous

1. Game Patches
   All pre-registered (pre-paid with all waivers in by listed deadline) players will be guaranteed a game patch. Late registrations cannot be guaranteed a game patch, and so will receive them on a first-come, first-serve basis.
2. Prize Drawing
   All registered players will be eligible for the prize drawing at the end of the game on Sunday. ID tag numbers will be drawn at random, so don't lose your tag! Note that misconduct can result in ineligibility for the prize drawing.
3. Be On Time!
   Remember, in an effort to speed up registration, pre-registration is the way to go! Double-check all your paperwork and put a note on your forms if you'd like to be with a certain group. If possible, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Come early, meet with your fellow players, General, and staff so you can get your game plan ready. Not to mention the player orientation meeting! This is a team effort!

Special Promotions, Discounts, and Comps

All promotions, discounts, and comps are at the discretion of the hosting field. Please call ahead and ask about these special offers before the game.

1. Pre-register!
   Players receiving discounts must meet all of the pre-registration requirements by the one-week pre-game deadline! No exceptions!
2. Active Duty Military
   The first 25 active duty pre-registered, pre-paid players will recieve one case of field-level paint. Military ID will be required at the field for verification.
3. Groups of 10 or More
   One case of field-level paint will be given to group leaders who register ten or more first-time scenario players. This leader must pre-register all players on one registration form, pre-pay entries, include all waivers, and must distribute game packets to the group.
4. Vendors, Sponsors, and Field Comps
   Authorized, approved discounts for such game entry must also meet pre-registration requirements by the one-week pre-game deadline in order ot be valid.
